Services · Website chat
A dental chatbot that books, or gets out of the way.
Chat on your site that answers what patients actually ask, hands off to a person when it should, and books the appointment when it can.
Book a free strategy call01 · What it answers
The four questions people ask before booking.
Do you take my insurance. What does this cost. Can I be seen today. Where do I park. Those four cover most of the chat on a dental site, and a visitor who gets a straight answer to them books at a far better rate than one who fills in a contact form and waits.
So the chat is built on your real answers: the plans you accept, your fee ranges where you are willing to publish them, your emergency policy, and your hours. It does not improvise, and where it does not know, it says so and takes the question to your team.
02 · Handing off
It knows when to stop talking.
Anything clinical goes to a person. So does anything about a balance, a claim, or a complaint. The chat collects the name and the number, says who will call and roughly when, and closes cleanly.
It never traps a visitor in a loop. If two answers in a row miss, it offers the booking form and a callback instead of asking again.
03 · How it behaves
Quiet by default.
It does not open by itself three seconds after the page loads, it does not cover the phone number on a phone, and it does not follow the visitor down the page as a bubble that cannot be dismissed. Closing it keeps it closed.
Everything it captures lands in the same place as your form submissions, with the page it started on attached, so a lead from chat is not a separate inbox nobody checks.
