About Bite Sites, and the person who picks up.
Bite Sites is Santiago Vidales in Sarasota, Florida. We build dental websites practices own outright, then run the marketing if they want it.
Book a free strategy call01 · Who we are
One person, and that is the point.
Santiago Vidales founded Bite Sites in Sarasota, Florida. He writes the pages, plans the search work, builds the sites, and is on the call when you book one. There is no account manager between you and the person doing the work.
That sets a limit on how many practices we take at once, which is a trade we are happy with. A dentist who calls gets the person who knows what changed on their site last week.
We are a marketing company, not a clinical one. Nothing on this site is dental advice, and nothing we write about a treatment publishes without the treating dentist approving it.
02 · How we price
Two numbers, printed on the site.
A website is $3,500, paid once, and it belongs to the practice. Marketing is $500 a month, optional, with no contract. Both numbers are on the pricing page because a practice should be able to work out what we cost without booking a call.
Most of this industry rents websites by the month and never transfers them. We think that is the wrong trade for a practice owner, and the whole company is built around the other side of it.

03 · What we publish
Numbers with a date, or nothing.
There are no case studies on this site yet. Not because there is no work, but because a result without a baseline, a date range, and the client saying yes in writing is a marketing claim wearing a chart.
The same rule covers statistics. If a page here cites a figure, it names the source and when it was collected, and the competitor pricing we publish is taken from what those companies print themselves.
We publish results only with a baseline, a date range, and the client’s approval.
04 · The record
Protocols published before results.
We publish the method for our own research before we have anything to report with it. None of the three below carries a result today, and each says so at the top.
