What we collect through this website, why we hold it, and how to have it deleted. This covers our own site, not the sites we build for clients.
01 · What we collect
What we collect.
When you submit the booking form we collect the name, practice name, and email address you type, and anything you write in the goals field. We record which page the form was submitted from and the date.
If you email us, we hold that message and your address in our mailbox for as long as the conversation is useful.
With your consent, our analytics provider records anonymised usage data: pages viewed, approximate region, device type, and a session recording that masks form input. Without consent, none of that runs.
We do not ask for, store, or want any patient information on this website.
02 · How we use it
How we use it, and who sees it.
We use what you send to reply to you, prepare a written scope, and keep a record of the conversation. We do not sell it, rent it, or trade it.
It is stored with the service providers that run our database, our form handling, our email, and our analytics. Each of them processes it on our instructions, and we share it with nobody else unless the law requires it.
We do not send marketing email to people who filled in this form for a different reason. If we ever start a mailing list, joining it will be a separate, deliberate action.
04 · Your choices
Getting a copy, or getting deleted.
Email us and ask. We will send you what we hold about you, correct it, or delete it, and we will do it within thirty days.
This site is not intended for anyone under eighteen and we do not knowingly collect information from children.
When this policy changes we update the date at the top of the page. Questions go to contact@bite-sites.com.
