Terms of service
What we sell, what it costs, who owns the website at the end, and how either of us ends the arrangement. Your signed proposal governs anything specific to your project.
01 · The services
What we sell.
Acceptance
Using this website or engaging our services means you accept these terms. If you do not accept them, do not use the site or buy the services.
Scope
Bite-Sites designs and builds websites for dental practices and provides ongoing marketing services: search work, advertising management, an AI voice receptionist, lead follow-up, and email. The pages, services, and schedule for your project are listed in the written scope you approve before work starts.
What we are not
We are a marketing and web company. We do not provide dental care or clinical advice, and nothing on this site is a substitute for either.
02 · Payment and ownership
What it costs, and what you own.
Prices
A custom website is $3,500, paid once. Ongoing marketing is $500 per month. Setup fees are waived. There is no contract and no minimum term on either. We charge no percentage of advertising spend and no percentage of practice revenue.
Payment
The website is invoiced half at kickoff and half at launch. Monthly marketing is invoiced at the start of each month. Advertising budgets are paid by you directly to the advertising platform, on accounts held in your name.
Ownership
At launch, the domain, the design files, the code, and the content of your website transfer to your practice, and they stay with your practice. Third-party software you licence separately, such as a booking system or a stock photograph, remains under its own licence, and we tell you which items those are before they are used.
Ending it
You can stop the monthly service at the end of any month by writing to us, and we can do the same. Outstanding invoices for work already done remain payable. On termination we remove our access from the accounts we manage for you and hand back anything we hold.
03 · Responsibilities
What each side has to do.
Your content
You confirm that the text, photographs, logos, and credentials you give us are yours to use and that they comply with the advertising rules your state dental board applies. You approve every clinical claim before it publishes.
Timelines
Build schedules assume prompt approvals. A four to six week build is an estimate that moves if content, photographs, or approvals are slow.
Results
We do not guarantee rankings, lead volume, patient numbers, or revenue. Nobody controls search engines or advertising auctions. What we report is what we changed, when, and what was measured after, with the date range stated.
04 · Legal
Liability, changes, and law.
Liability
To the extent the law allows, our liability for any claim arising from these services is limited to the fees you paid us for the work in question. We are not liable for indirect or consequential loss.
Changes to these terms
We may revise these terms. The date at the top of the page shows when they last changed, and the version in force for your project is the one attached to your signed proposal.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to conflict of law rules.
