About · How we work
How we work: words first, then design, then the build.
One call, a written scope, the words before the design, a launch with every redirect mapped, then marketing only if you want it.
Book a free strategy call01 · The call
Thirty minutes, then a scope you can read.
The first call is about the practice: the treatments you want more of, the towns your patients drive from, what your current site fails to do, and who answers the phone at six in the evening.
You leave it with a written scope: the page list, the price, the schedule, and what we need from you. Nothing starts until you have read that document, and the price on it is the price you pay.
02 · The build
Copy first, because design cannot rescue empty words.
We write every page before anything is designed. A layout built to hold real sentences holds together; a layout built first has to be filled, and that is how practices end up with paragraphs about state of the art technology.
You approve the words, then the design, then we build. Two rounds of revision are assumed in the schedule rather than sold as an extra.
Launch week is checklist work: redirects mapped from every old URL, forms submitted from a real phone, speed and accessibility measured and written down with the date. Then the domain, the code, and the files transfer to you.
03 · After launch
Nothing has to happen next.
The site is yours and it works. Practices that already have someone doing their marketing stop here, and that is a complete engagement as far as we are concerned.
If you want us running search, ads, follow-up, and email, that is $500 a month with no contract, and it can start three months after launch as easily as on the day.
